Q+ has not, because we cannot see the [ ]'s when he speaks. (He actually has made references, but in a very, very oblique manner.)
However, if you know the distinction exists, then you can hear the difference between CCP and [CCP] in Q+ remarks.
One refers to the Chinese Communist Party... think Democrats (overtly corrupt political party hiding behind an ideology).
The other refers to Control and Command Positions in the New Word Order... think Charles Schwab of the World Economic Forum (a Puppet Master right out of Central Casting).
You would have to know the context of how CCP was being used to understand what someone...
might really be saying when he makes a reference to the CCP and it is really a reference to the [CCP].
Something I doubt you have time to do (no fault of yours) but I went back and listened to all of Q+'s campaign rally speeches, and the distinction is clear when he was referring to the Chinese Communist Party, CCP, and when he is referring to the [CCP].
There are two presentations containing the abbreviation CCP in Q drops.
[CCP] and CCP.
Both Q and Q+ use them discriminately.
Q has laid it out in black and white.

That is what I am pointing out.
