Got it, thanks... very interesting. With the uneven ratio of military strength between China and Taiwan, it makes sense that Taiwan would look for asymmetrical advantages in weapons and tactics. Sort of reminds me of guerrilla warfare by small countries against empires.

I wouldn’t be surprised if many of the sabotage plans were to sabotage in a way that made the Dam fail in a way that promoted Optics against the CCP. Take it out, blame CCP mismanagement, shine the failure as a failure of communist central planning gone awry, and be clean from blame.

That’s what I would do. Arguably it would be the most challenging.
