Manager at the company has been terrorising his staff about getting vaxxed, you guys know the drill, all unvaxxed are evil, yadda yadda.
Normally I would just tell him to shut up but today 4 of his staff came to me to say he is coercing them to get it under threat of their job. Most told him to fuck off but of course like all bullies he then goes to prey on the weaker ones.
My friend unfortunately was weak and although she protested, said clearly she doesn't want it, he literally grabbed her by the arm and walked her to the vaxx station.
Long story short, she got it, "because she felt pressured and didn't want to lose her job."
My question to you wondrous people is, what action should we take? Clearly he has crossed a line and committed a criminal act.
We are going to report him to his superiors and wondering about filing a police complaint.
Can anyone who knows about this stuff advise?

I think because the bullies grabbed her arms she wasnt coerced, she was forced. I would call the police having him/them/the company charged with assault. If no one asked if you had underlying health conditions that would keep you from getting the shot, I'd go with a more drastic charge like attempted murder.

I would not report him to supervisors because they'll suspend him for a couple of days or if they fire him you wont be able to find him for court. Because he did this on the job, on the premises he is acting as a representative of the company which makes the company responsible too. I would also consider suing the company for millions in damages, potential health issues, violation of your constitutional rights.

This is very common when it comes to assault, especially sexual assault. Do not try to bombard her with what she “should” do. Tell her that she didn’t deserve to be disrespected and physically coerced like that, and she can help other people avoid this situation going forward by being courageous now. Let her know that you will support her in any way you can and have some recommendations for legal resources available if she’s interested in considering her options.
Then she needs allies. And if they did it to her they will do it to others. This ought to be a motive to other employees to back her up.
This sounds like assault and battery, false imprisonment, coercion, and a few other things. Right now, you should get any and all witnesses to make a recorded and signed statement that they saw this.
