The biggest problems with this sign are that there are too many words, and he "buried the lede".

Quality of print is good. Size and ease of deployment is excellent.

Font is not my favorite, but not ... horrible. A San Serif Font might "reach" more young folks better. Something like Montserrat or, ironically, Roboto. Helvetica is always nice.

Graphics do not tell as story, are too small, not colorful enough, and too low on the sign.

Yellow is not a great color. For an emergency, I would have gone with red as it is also the color of passion. But perhaps Black on Yellow is good for reading at distance.
