I live in KY. Yes, you would shit yourself if you saw the palaces some of these horse live in ... literally, horse barns with fucking chandeliers and shit. I drive past windstar farms all the time ... where American Pharaoh is stabled. The barns are bigger and nicer than 99.99% peoples homes.

Horses like that get $250,000 - $500,000 for a live foal (stud fee). They can foal hundreds per year.
