I'm not strongly anti- or pro-vax (I'm against untested genetic injections, for damn sure, though), but this kind of stuff is incredibly (and, for the conspiracy-minded, maybe even you could say "intentionally") discrediting to the "anti-vax" cause.
Roughly all of these diseases are spread person-to-person by mucous, not through sub-standard water sources or trash systems.
