For my entire life - I thought I knew what it was.
Praying is being honest in your prayers with God, admitting your core Sins ( we all have them ), asking for forgiveness & guidance. Saying to God “Look - I am asking you to help me with this. I can’t do this alone. Only through you can I find peace.”
For me - this was hard. I knew he was there, somehow, yet I was ashamed of my Sins.
Thing is us contemplating Him is like an Ant pondering Metaphysics. Q always said “How many coincidences before mathematically impossible.” Well, if you look at your life, how many times should you have died? Could you have died? Things would have been worse without Grace looking out for you?
I began really researching Spiritual Warfare when Q mentioned it. It changed my life.
