Perhaps the reason why SCOTUS refused to deal with the "election fraud" cases, is because they only have jurisdiction over criminal law? The attack on our election wasn't just an issue of "fraud" but were acts of terror and thus, would be deal with under the law of war e.g. military tribunals.
