Ha ha in political campaigns that is called a "hail Mary" pass...

Over the top...but you are losing, so if it backlashes, it doesn't matter. You would lose anyway, according to the numbers. IF it works...it throws you over a 'close' line. You do this crazy stuff when you are losing, so if it hurts you it doesn't matter, you were losing. But there is the chance.....it works. Called the Hail Mary pass.
