They had help through the Criminally Corrupt Enterprise known as USA Government the PREP ACT came about during the onset of COVID-19 maybe at the start with good intentions. Thru the shift of power and the subsequent passage of the CARES ACT an Instrument of Genocide has been bestowed upon us. Do not trust any medical establishment for they are shielded from liability and rewarded for their efforts in this genocide your tax dollars at work!
