FTA: "Nobody could be that stupid.”

People do stupid things every day, some of them dangerously stupid, with road rage being one example, and then there is a whole series of memes about why women live longer than men, which show men doing dangerously stupid things. The difference is that what we see in our daily lives is more or less isolated and occasional, and what happened in Afghanistan is monumentally stupid on a grand scale and displayed for everyone to see in real time.
