I think I still have the ebook version. Fetzer's book was available on Amazon for a short time and was selling well before they shut it down. Amazon deemed it too dangerous for the public to read it, which means it's probably very accurate. When Amazon pulled that stunt, Fetzer made it available for free on his website. It's highly detailed with lots of pictures that prove what he is saying is true.

I have not read the Fetzer book. Fetzer gets a little shaky on some of his conclusions in other works I have read by him.
I think there is really something to this subpoena and I'll be keeping my eyes on it.
