He meant to put three sets of parentheses, which is the 4chan symbol for Jew-hate.

It is intended to symbolize Jews broadcasting their evil Jewiness around the world.

People who use them are suffering enormously massive cognitive dissonance if they also claim to support President Trump, who does not share their intense hatred for Jews LOL
