So there was a new form- you guessed it … have you had the vaccine and if yes please list the dates. Pedes they are tracking us at every turn. I was gonna lie and then said fuck it! NO, NOT TODAY, NOT TOMORROW, NOT 5 MONTHS FROM NOW! Doc read it and didn’t say a Fuckin word.
