I would consider that an open threat and if seen I would have to shoot because of being scared for my life around him.

You are correct just so everyone knows. A young man was killed in the next town over and the killer got away with it because gangster wanna be talk the dead kid was spouting on fb. Was enough the defense lawyer got self defense. All that "you'll see what I got for you when I see you" talk put a nail in the coffin.
