That doesn't make him intelligent. Just devious in nature. They chose him for a reason. He's easy to control and influence and can easily be replaced if needed.

People like George Soros, Bill Gates, Jacob Rothschild are actually intelligent. They just can't do everything themselves and are total, weak cowards who rely on others to do their biding. Just listen to Soros talk, the man is a planner, a tactician and is pulling quite a few strings. The fact that he's been alive all this time indicates to me he's smart enough to evade reprisal from all of his misdeeds.
