I probably worded that poorly as I was fairly deep in my bottle of scotch. I meant that the nicotine acts as an anti parasite drug.

Hey man, good job on identifying when it’s appropriate to take a break. I need to take a hiatus as well here soon. It takes a strong person to not let alcohol control oneself and in my opinion abstaining completely is still allowing yourself to be under its control.
