This means that as soon as the immune system is triggered via those antibodies, it finds that the body is full of bits of virus (spike protein) and mounts an autoimmune attack. This can happen when a similar virus infects the person later.
It is an obvious failure mode of mRNA vaxxes. It is by design that they fail like this.
