No it doesn't make sense. The hypothesis assumes some sort of well intentioned incompetence. If the data does not fit the hypothesis should we discard the data or adjust the hypothesis?

The Cabal wants only humiliation, despair, suffering , resignation and death. Aid and assistance promotes hope, survival and recovery, therefore it will not be forthcoming.
