The judge concluded the plaintiffs proved their exclusion from some activities in school is due to “their extreme medical vulnerabilities - in other words, due to their disabilities.”
So an entire state's worth of students are held hostage by two kids.
State needs to find a way around. Tenessee legislature should put through an act clarifying that mandating a child to wear masks that have proven to lower oxygination is child abuse. Than just go in and arrest every person in that county's government that has touched the court order.
So you can let kids go without masks and sentence the two weakened handicaps to 'death by COVID'; or you can force everyone to wear masks that do nothing good for anyone. Why aren't the two fragiles isolated, instead? What ever happened to putting boys in bubbles?
And do they not have any wheelchair students who can sue to prohibit all other students from walking because muh exclusion? On the bright side, once the blind kids sue for universal non-visual education, we're going to save a fortune on school electricity.

Unconstitutional. He is exceeding the limits of his power. He needs told to shove it. They can't arrest everyone.
Judge blocked Illinois Gov exec order demanding mask mandate and what happened? nothing. He's still acting like a king.
