Have you heard of the Scaramucci Effect? Could Biden be another Scaramucci? Trump did this several times. Drop someone in to a temporary position, let them create a firestorm before being replaced with a permanent replacement(Trump).

Biden has created a real shit storm for the democrats with the border, inflation, Afghanistan, now he wants to declass 9/11. Trump did this with several appointments. Drop someone in as a temporary placeholder, they create all sorts controversy and declassify evidence, then when the new person takes over they are clean as a whistle. This seems to be the case.
