I think they wanted to trigger acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (aids)

they thought 2 shots would do it (and it did for some people)

but 2 wasn't enough. I think they knew it would be at least 2, maybe 4 shots to trigger.

They're seeing that the shots aren't working and they probably don't know why.

So they're just saying fuck it, jab 3 times a year until you do trigger aids.
