If USA would have "free market healthcare" why there are so few physicans if medicine is already so profitable that people in USA can bankrupt for going into hospital ?

Of course possibility of being sued and some therapies faster availability explains part of the costs,but USA have probably most expensive healthcare in the world and without some monopoly this shouldn't last for long on real free market isn't it ?

By the way same is with "your" universities (dominated by who exactly ? , teaching what exactly ?) dear American frens...
