Hah. Try chewing a small clove of garlic, or do half first with 1 tbps of olive oil. The oil make a huge difference! Also very healing for the gut. You can try coconut oil as we (stay away from Canola oil / vegetable oil).
I find it’s best for me on an empty stomach, so if there is any issues with gas it will be lessened.
I also find that my body heats up as well…you’ll feel ‘hot’; it’s like an energy tonic.
Thank you! I'll try it. I have plenty of coconut oil. I ingest it, use on my skin and mix it in my morning coffee.
