That was not organized, at least not by actual protesters (paid actors)
If your seriously Charing the fed when they know your coming that's poor planning
Totally different scenarios.

You neat the enemy by overwhelming them in small skirmishes everywhere making it impossible to win -- that's how the 13 colonies neat the British.
