My neighbor has a small “horse” and his family that seems to be wormy. Does anyone have a recommendation on how much ivermectin he should give them daily?

I currently have covid and thank God I had totally stocked up on everything I need. You may want to type in a search for covid protocol. I downloaded the Zelenko, FLCCC entire paper (58 pages), and from Katrina "Nutrition Protocol to Deactivate & Neutralize Graphene Oxide. There are others but I have read these all through and here is how I was treating prophylactically and how it changed.
I started by taking my body weight Ivermectin horse paste. I followed up with a 2nd dose 48 hours later and I was planning on taking it it once every week or 2 for maintenance however I got covid. So I am now changing to Ivermectin 5 days in a row and according to the FLCCC protocol I can double or triple the amount. I chose to double it and I am on day 3. I take Ivermectin with a meal and seperate it from the quercetin which I take later in the day.
I also take 1000mg of NAC each day on an empty stomach to protect my cells from spike proteins. I also take my multi and 10,000iu's Vitamin D and one Super K daily. Do not take vitamin K if you are on coumidin (blood thinner). Later in the day I take one Opti-zinc with 1000mg vitamin C and 500mg of quercetin. I am feeling fine just some coughing and nasal congestion.
I also gargle at least 3 times a day with a drop of iodine in about one tablespoon of water...spit it out when done. I added 3 drops of iodine to a bottle of saline nose spray and spray that several times a day. I have black Cumin seed capsules on hand if I have a decrease in oxygenation but so far haven't needed them. I am constantly playing. 528HZ music in background and I am diffusing pine oil with citrus/eucalyptus even though I can't smell it. I also use a blend created by Dr. Schnaubelt for cold/flu. I don't anticipate any problems...I am 70 in generally pretty good health.
Good luck to all who get sick and I am so grateful to all on this site that shared their expertise and knowledge to help me prepare. My daughter also just got this (another house) so it seems to be everywhere.
