The CDC website is recommending this for refugees coming from Africa and other places:
Ivermectin, two doses 200 mcg/Kg orally once a day for 2 days before departure to the United States.
That's "micro grams" for you short on math skills.
As a prophylactic use the same amount/weight calculation as horses.
So if the syringe full capacity is for a 2400lb horse, that's 10 doses for a 250lb person. My Doc indicates 1 dose per/week.
