Age them in a vat, quickly, and then slow down the aging process to a more normal rate. If Lucas could envision that back in the early 70's with writing out the WHOLE outline for Star Wars BEFORE Ep.4 was even filmed, then it's possible now.

Remember, Dolly the Sheep had been cloned at least 2 yrs before she was presented to the public. Who knows how old she really was when documented.
