Consider this: Lets say Bible was an accurate record of historical events.
Exodus: Egypt, which was friendly and took in Joseph and his brothers, in a couple generations turns evil. The Israelites were almost like slaves to the Pharaohs. Moses is the saviour who first creates a "Great Awakening" of sorts before leading the people to be liberated.
Exodus 7:3
And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt. 4But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments. 5And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD
Does this remind you of today? My friend was talking about the vaccine-brainwashed people calling for our destruction and described them as "It feels like their hearts have been hardened".
Lord hardened the heart of the Pharaohs, just the same way the oppressors around us are having their hearts hardened. It causes extreme oppression of the people causing everyone to wake up. Thats why I said the Israelites were "like" slaves, but not really slaves. Their slavery was in their heads. They didn't think they could go anywhere or be free anywhere. They were dependant on the Egyptians, and they needed to be jolted out of their status quo existence by hardening Pharaoh's heart and increasing the suffering. Only then could they fight against the evil.
Here is my interpretation. The evil has always existed ever since the aliens (fallen angels?) landed and corrupted people. During the days of Noah, the floods cleaned up this evil, but somehow the evil came back again. These evil aliens then took over Egypt and started ruling from there.
Abraham was a chosen person by God simply because He decided that Abraham was the least corrupted and most honest person. And eventually his descendant Moses fought against this evil force and liberated his people.
My belief is that the evil then infiltrated the Israelites. Specifically how? I think we can find the clue here:
Exodus 31:4
And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 4To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 5And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship
I think God gave Israelites a means to survive and be self sufficient by teaching them how to work Gold and Silver. Eventually, I believe the evil infiltrated and abused this knowledge into enslaving humanity via Gold and the Banks.
That brings us to the time of Jesus, when these evil bankers had been oppressing the people and He liberated them from them, in the process also sacrificing himself and atoning for everyone's sins. I believe one of the ways the common people are oppressed is by using their guilt, and making them believe they are guilty and not worthy of happiness. Much like how BLM has used that last year to make people feel guilty of themselves and their culture.
By atoning everyone's sins by doing the ultimate sacrifice, Jesus removed this power of Elites over people.
It took 2000 years more for the Evil to regroup and in the form of Central Bank of London after 1666 great fire of London (in the exact area which later became the City of London - home of the Elite Bankers) and the current iteration of oppression started.
We are seeing history repeat itself, in different forms but the same essence.
