It's not that i don't believe you about apple censoring certain telegram channels but i can't help but wonder how. how is this technically possible. i'm a why and how kind of person and i don't expect you to know but this is extremely alarming. if we assume that telegram uses encryption during transport then apple must have a software layer in between the app (telegram) and the actual displaying of the content. apple would be parsing content after it's been decrypted. we need linux based phones pronto!!!

Also, Apple iOS does not have a proxy to filter HTTP requests of random apps using some "magic bullshit logic"... so you are talking out of your ass.
I was thinking the same thing. Doing something like that via apple api is going to cross some privacy boundaries that will get lawsuits. It's very likely telegram is doing the censoring.
