It just doesn’t need to be rediscovered because after finding a single sample you can extract tons of what you need from it. This bacteria grows in nature in marshes and grasslands. For example, below is a study where they used various soil samples from Pakistan where they found streptomyces avermitilis

It's not something that nobody has been able to find again. The writer of this blog may not have done their proper research
