I'm not a lawyer. There are many employers who are insisting on their employees being vaccinated, and I assume they are being guided by their lawyers.
Employers face lawsuits from people that don't want to be vaccinated, but they also face lawsuits from vaccinated that get Covid-19 and will sue their employer for not implementing a vax-only workplace.
So it all comes down to your choice. You can refuse to say and maybe get fired. You can tell them that you will never get the jab and maybe be fired. You can tell them that you will consider getting the vaccine when an FDA approved one is available (which it is not due to the clever little shell game that the FDA played with Pfizer).
Or you can wait and see and only get the jab if they require it and hope for the best. It is your choice. I don't think it is obvious what the right action is. It depends so much how much you like your job.

I won't get the jab either, fren.
Best of luck in what comes ahead.
