You can literally dose yourself like a horse it's already adjusted correctly for weight, just take the correct amount for your weight. No need to 1.5x anything.
Are you stupid? Humans and horse metabolize Ivermectin and other medicines and foods at different rates.
Nope not dumb, the dose is 200mcg/kg daily for humans for prophylaxis and 400mcg to 600mcg for outpatient.

To answer your question, OP's exactly correct. The CDC itself recommends 200 micrograms/kg to treat scabies which is the same dosage as horses get.
