The amount of Zinc isn't super important. You will simply pee out the excess. Same thing with Vitamin C. We can't really absorb 10,000mg of Vitamin C in a day. Same with Zinc. 50mg is fine. 100mg is fine. There's obviously a fine line you can't cross but it's so high a reasonable person couldn't consume that much.

It's got sources, instructions, explains the safety, everything, but they say it is fake to push their "cure" which causes sterility and death. The government controlling who can be a doctor and who can't is super political and dangerous. My beliefs should not determine if I can be a doctor or not. Next, they'll be saying if I'm a Republican I can only do certain jobs. It's nearly slavery which they claim to be against. I guess slavery is okay when you aren't the slave.
