Have a close aunt in the hospital on a ventilator, could anyone lay out the simplest way to tell my cousin about ivermectin and possibly the easiest route to take in regards of getting my aunt off of the ventilator and off of hospital care

You might try calling America's Frontline Doctors.

I believe they have a registry of doctors nationwide that will prescribe. Perhaps they could talk to her doctor and try to get it approved. Just make sure that you get all the info regarding the doctors attending her and hospital info should it be needed in the future. I think there will be a day of reckoning where those who didn't prescribe HCQ or Ivermectin plus Zinc, Vit. D and high dose corticosteroids will be liable for malpractice.
If you can, at least make sure that remdesivir isn't part of the treatment!
I have seen my uncle, grandmother and mother in law die in a tent. Steroids and opiates, with a bit if oxygen. The sad part is with the knowledge we have accumulated in the last two years, we possibly could have extended the life of at least one.
The easiest route is to get some niacin and melatonin in her. Search for NIATONIN. A good start will be 10mg Melatonin and 250mg niacin. She will probably "flush" (feels like a sunburn), but it's not dangerous.

Thank you, ill look into it
Excellent. It's fast and off the shelf. Easy peasy.
There have been post on here about people successfully getting a lawyer to demand the hospital give Ivermectin.
Personally, I would show them the videos on the inventors of: Ivermectin, PCR, and mRNA, and what they think of the misuse of their discoveries.
Treatments for Covid are defensive, not for post-infection. If she's already on a ventilator, she can only recover while still on the ventilator. Unfortunately, at this point, the odds are not in her favor.
