A search of the meaning of the abbreviation gave me the name Paulo Sergio de Bittencourt Souza Renha. No idea who he is though. Almost every other result with the name is in Spanish. Which I don’t speak.
The name Bittencourt is apparently an alternative spelling to the name Bettencourt though. The Bettencourts being the name of a noble family of Norman origin that played a significant role in the history of the Portuguese Empires westward expansion into the New World. Including Brazil. Maybe a connection given ongoing events there?
The name has become very common there over the years as well.
