After watching this that was posted here a few days ago, the minister calls for a potential event today, Sept. 7th.

Ha, I didn't see this reply. 100% agree with Berisheet.
After watching the video you posted I searched around for a min and came across another video mentioning Apophis may or may not hit earth, and that most likely the "star" the three wise men followed was an asteroid as well.
Just looking at the Bethlehem Star sight and seeing what he was doing reminded me of watching The Naked Archeologist with Simcha Jacobovici. He goes through and proves actual plausibility of Biblical events, travels around to sites etc.
