my cousin has been denied legal counsel on this matter and is still looking for a solution.

Go outside the base to find legal council. Maybe we can find him one. Make a post and see if we can find some sources.

He may be a soldier, but he's also an American citizen. There is more than one path available.

If he needs monetary support for a lawyer set up a thing. I don't have a ton, but I will contribute.
