By the looks of it, the Aussie software will make it harder not to comply. In Australian case,“they” can see that you are at a location through location tracking, and see if you have officially checked in! So, in theory, if you have not checked In and you are located there - lets say for 15 minutes or more, then enforcement can be sent right away. This is a truely scary !! Only option would be to not take your phone or shield from location tracking.
