That's the point, why would they? Would make no sense, except if... is something out of their reach and they can't stop, honestly i hardly think they could find a way to twist it in their favour, they plan to take over Huawei et all? Dun think so....
I was thinking along the lines of them possibly using the order to enact a national lockdown or push to legalize voter fraud, but it's just too out there to make sense to me. This really is an interesting development.
I thought they were trying to run out the clock I have no idea why they'd do this.
They could think they are in charge and therefore in no danger, or plan to use this to frame someone.
