Biden is a dead man walking. He absolutely had to say something to keep his CCP puppeteers happy.
That's how I read it. The patriots are in control. Biden is toeing the line with the patriots who are in control behind the scenes... but he also has to continue to speak the CCP dictated narrative publicly.
I think we can expect the conflicting narratives to run confluently for the near future, until the veil is dropped and GEOTUS returns as POTUS.
