If the vaxx is designed to compromise the immune system, a rise in lymphoma actually makes a lot of sense.

Our lymphatic system is basically our body's garbage disposal, and plays a major role in our immunity. If it's not able to function normally to get rid of toxins and waste, it can't stop infection from spreading.
