Yea I have been seeing them talking about this for a while now. I think it was around when the AZ audit first got off the ground was around the first time I heard this. Dave talks about it alot. Clearly creating the smoke cover for then they have to pull the plug to try and stop the world from knowing what is going on.

Think EBS and Think those IP's the Florida company manages from DOD. Both could be used. One to shine the light on the truth and let the world know and the other to keep everything running during the shutdown.
