China's has an export based economy sustained by stolen technology and unfair trade agreements. President Trump had already dealt them a major blow with his America First policy and when their virus tanked the economies of the major trading nations, there was no one left to take advantage of. They don't get paid for their junk until it is delivered and all of those ships sitting outside the ports waiting to unload and the idle factories with unsold inventory are eating their reserves. Even their lackey Biden can't save them.
