Does Racine have anything to do with Agartha / Underground Tunnels or Civilizations? or is the Agartha/Hollow Earth topic nonsense to muddy the waters?

Racine is closely related to Horlick-funded expeditions with Admiral Byrd beyond Little America, with a mountain range named after Horlick, who was a member of the Knights of Pythias, and there are tunnels under Racine including under Horlick buildings. What path did they take?
