Thalidomide was approved, but with severe restrictions. Only 1 person can handle it to administer to the patient. That was me. Had to double gown, double gloves,, and respirator just to handle it. In 2017, my dad stopped making red blood cells that could transport oxygen. He required blood transfusions every week. The condition has a name, I can't pronounce. The drug promised to repair his bone marrow. Unfortunately he did not survive the application process. It was approved a week after his funeral. It was also gonna cost me $90k, for 3 pills. $30k each. Insurance company laughed at me. I had cash in hand.
I'm not hesitant. I'm standing my ground. I said no,end of discussion. Theyll have to kill me first.
Meh. I'm not vaccine hesitant #1.
I'm vaccine rejectant.
Meh. I'm not vaccine hesitant #2.
I'm yet to see a C19 vaccine. All I see is experimental medical agent injections. Show me a vaccine, and I'll reflect on whether to be hesitant or not.
Honestly as sad as it is... I was seriously considering it when you take the vaccine and everything goes back to normal. I live in Korea and I'd take it just to travel to see my brother in Japan with out a needed 2 week quarantine there and back.... I moved to Korea to be close to my brother and his family in Japan and my wife and our family in Korea. So at the time, it seemed worth it just for that, even as fucked up as it was.
Then the USA started giving out gifts, and money and doughnuts and that is what convinced me something else is going on.... any drug that actually works isn't given away for free.... so a drug they are paying you to take must be REALLY fucked up.
Plus I've never in my life see the proposed solution to the problem pushed so hard, with zero evidence that it does anything except make it worse.
Yep my brother is in the navy stationed in Japan and he took the vaccine so he didn't have to wear a mask... I tried to talk him out of it, but him and his wife both got in.
It's all just so sad to me, but I'm glad I didn't get it. I do think the vaccine passports are coming to South Korea probably after this winter, they will ramp up.
People are sooo fucking trusting. It's disgusting.
All so they could travel that’s the one I hear the most.
