3 years ago I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the left side of my face. It was traumatic. About 6 months ago I noticed an identical, scaly little growth on the right side. Same position and everything. I haven’t gotten it checked out because I really don’t want another hole in my face. Not in denial, just more like avoidance of reality.
Last week I took the horse paste prophylactically. No side effects, no worms that I could see.
Tonight, though, I noticed that the scaly spot on my right cheek is completely gone. Is it even possible that the ivermectin could have reversed the skin cancer? And so quickly (6 days)? I don’t know what to think here. Has anyone had a similar experience?
I too have had a series of basal cells on my ears, back and chest that have been treated, but currently no active patches. I also have inverse psoriasis which causes small red skin patches that turn scaly (sounds worse than it is); and, it means I also have resulting psoriatic arthritis. After an initial week 1 max dosage of horse paste, I have been dosing the paste weekly for the past 2-3 months. The red/scaly patches are 95% gone - to the point you wouldn’t see them unless pointed out. The arthritis is noticeably better as well. Don’t know what to make of it. BTW brother, even though your basal cell is gone from your cheek - please go to your Dr and get it checked. I have a friend who is not doing very well at all due to a basal cell that started in a tear duct. Good luck.
