This is the first I've heard of this. OP didn't offer any info other than the picture and post title. Do you have any sauce on this? People would certainly be interested.

Saline is good at clearing a number of things. It washes out the sinuses. From what I see, xylitol is both antiviral and anti bacterial. Interesting it is an extract from grapefruit peals...just like Quercetin. What are the odds of that?
