Oh I get it. When he announces mandatory vax and we all are fired and create a parallel economy selling or trading goods to keep ourselves alive he will want to be tracking our money so he can get some. /s/

Maybe that is what it is to target? To see who is moving their wallet? I actually don't know cause anything they do is seemingly not based in logic and as a logical thinking I honestly can't follow.
