The Chinese People don't have any control over what their government does

It's even worse than that.

The Chinese have been bred like dogs to be submissive to a fault. Decades of selective breeding under the one-child policy and genocide of any who would challenge authority have left them hopeless to save themselves, despite their astronomical numbers.
